Shipping times will depend on your location, but we send orders out the same day they’re placed during store hours. If your order comes through after hours, we’ll pack it first thing the next morning and take it straight over to the Post Office. We’re lucky to be right across the road!

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Yes! Local pickup is available from our Nelson Bay store. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Some of our pieces are limited and may not be restocked. If an item does return, we’ll announce it on our social media or via our email list, so be sure to follow along.
