Please note: As a small business, our policies may differ from those of larger retailers.
Refunds & Order Cancellations
Lu&Co Boutique does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Returns & Store Credit
We offer returns on full-priced items for store credit or exchange only.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of purchase

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

In original condition with all tags and packaging attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that are worn, damaged, altered, washed, or returned without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
All returns are assessed and approved at the discretion of Lu&Co Boutique.
How to Arrange a Return
Please email customercare@luandcoboutique.com.au before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide a return authority and instructions.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Returns must be sent via registered post with appropriate insurance

Lu&Co Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Once received, please allow 1–2 business days for processing

Approved returns will be issued as store credit

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), we are happy to assist subject to availability.

Any additional shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes items purchased during sales or using promotional or welcome discounts.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Perfume

Cosmetics
Faulty Items
All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the rare event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us at customercare@luandcoboutique.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order.

A description of the fault
Items must be unworn and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
If an item is deemed faulty, Lu&Co Boutique will cover return postage costs, and refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Please note: Damage caused by general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Sold Out Items
In the rare event that an item has sold simultaneously in-store and is no longer available, we will attempt to reorder the item. If this is not possible, you will be offered the choice of store credit, exchange, or a full refund.
