Shipping
Lu&Co Boutique, uses Australia Post to ship all orders.
We want to ensure you receive your purchase from us as quickly as possible. We pack all our orders daily, and ensure they are over at our Post Office on the same day or within the next business day. (excluding weekends and Public Holidays)
Shipping within Australia options:
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $300. Please allow 2 - 6 business days depending on location.
- Orders under $300 Standard Parcel Post, flat rate fee of $10.
- Express Post, will incur a flat rate fee of $15.
To avoid delays in receiving your parcel please provide a shipping address where you know there will be someone available to sign for it.
Please note that orders received on weekends and public holidays will only be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
Please be aware that if an order is placed after 12pm on a business day the order may be shipped the following day.
You will receive tracking and updates direct from Australia post with the email you have provided at checkout.
International Shipping:
Due to unknown delivery timeframes with current delivery delays, our international shipping is on an individual case basis. If you want your items shipped overseas, send us an email at hello@luandcoboutique.com.au and we will quote the postage price and expected delivery timeframes for you.
Local Orders:
We offer a click & collect option for you - all you need to do at our checkout is select click & collect and we will have your order ready for pick up in store.
